Vimarn Samut is a stylish new hotel set in a beautifully landscaped garden with a natural stream running from the mountain to the sea. The hotel lies right on the white sandy beach and has wonderful sunset views over the neighbouring islands.
Conveniently located on the sunset side of the Haad Rin peninsula, the Vimarn Samut Resort is just ten minutes walk from Haad-Rin, the main tourist town and the location of the full-moon parties, and about 15 minutes drive from the pier of Thong Sala where the ferries leave for Samui and the mainland. The location combines easy access to beach life, restaurants, bars and tourist services while being very quiet and private.
At Vimarn Samut you can follow at close hand the rhythm of day and night as it unfolds in the garden and over the sea. From the balcony you can see the rising sun flood the sea and the garden with golden light - or watch the sunset as night settles in. It is a beautiful and restful spectacle that is sure to restore your inner energies.
The accommodation at Vimarn Samut Resort is built and finished to very high standards with a total of twenty rooms. All of the rooms come with air conditioning, hot water, western style bathrooms, floor to ceiling panoramic windows, and are fully fitted and furnished with spacious balconies offering views over the sea and the garden.
The design exudes classic elegant decor with a contemporary Thai motif including 2 large cushioned rattan chairs, a table and other amenities.

The adjacent room is furnished with 2 additional beds, of which one can double as a sofa. There is also a small dining table, large floor cushions, a refrigerator, and a DVD player. The suite has 2 separate private deluxe bathrooms.
Vimarn Samut Resort offers a range of services to make your stay more comfortable. The resort can change foreign currencies and travellers checks and accepts VISA cards.
There is a laundry service and safety deposit boxes - especially useful over the full moon party night. The resort also operates a travel booking service for bus, boat and train journeys.
The beach-side restaurant and lounge serves authentic thai food, prepared by the talented chef, as well as a selection of western dishes.
The lounge is a great place to hang-out, read books, listen to music, surf the internet, watch movies, or just stare at the ocean as it changes its colors throughout the day.
